Warner Classics and Erato has modernized their website, with fans of classical music in mind.

Markus Petersen, Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development, says this is a new era for Warner Classics.
"One of our main objectives is to provide immediate and enjoyable access to recent releases of today's best classical artists, as well as access to the magnificent Warner Classic catalog."
The movement is part of a slow, but persistent, resurgence of niche formats, including the classic. While it is true that formats such as rap, EDM and pop are the ones that lead the world of streaming, other formats such as jazz, blues and the classic also seem to be gradually leveling out.
Warner is aiming to create a new way to interact with music. Simply put, Warner redesigned the site to make it more interactive for users and fans of classical music – and of course, this also includes seeking to have a greater number of reproductions.

The site's search engine offers you a text search and filters through different categories. The site recognizes the user's location and offers localized content across regional and national scales. Video and social media content is also integrated into the website.
The new website also has curated playlists, including many playlists dedicated to classical music artists. Hector Berlioz, Piotr Anderszewski, Martha Argerich, Alison Balsom, Maria Callas and Ian Bostridge are just one of the many artists featured in Warner Classics.
You can also listen to playlists based on their original composer, with many artists such as Mozart, Beethoven and Bach also available to the user.
Warner hired Piccobello – a German design agency – to handle what the site design is. The technical infrastructure and content management system was built by the FFW agency teams in Berlin and Ukraine.
