– 20 gr. almond powder
– 60 gr. chopped candied orange
– 90 gr. of raisins

We unleave the yeast in the milk and form the dough with the flour.

We have in a bowl, cover and let ferment 1 hour. You must triple the volume.

We break the dough and incorporate the rest of the ingredients, kneading well for 10 minutes.

We form oval buns of 100 gr. each, leaving to ferment again 10 minutes, making a few cuts and cooking 35 minutes at 200 ° C. Out of the oven, we paint with clarified butter and sprinkle with sugar.
