I must confess that I love fried chicken wings, with their skin well roasted and crispy 😊 but this time I have opted to prepare some chicken wings in Crock-Pot. As you can imagine, the result is very different, but not for that worse 😊

I have already told you that I never buy loose chicken wings, if not I keep those of whole chickens. Actually, I only buy whole chickens and ask them to wake me up. This way it is cheaper to eat chicken meat. So, with this system, I calculate that we eat chicken wings twice a year, hahahaha.

In addition to the chicken wings in Crock-Pot that I have prepared this time, in my kitchen I have fried chicken wings to suck my fingers 😊

Ingredients for 4 people):

Chicken wings: one kilo.

Soy sauce: 65 milliliters.

Ketchup: a spoonful.

Honey: 65 grams.

Extra virgin olive oil: one tablespoon.

Apple cider vinegar: 2 tablespoons.

Garlic powder: to taste.

ELABORATION OF CHICKEN WINGS IN CROCK-POT:

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, ketchup, honey, olive oil and vinegar. Marinate chicken wings with garlic powder.

Put the chicken wings in the previous mixture and leave them having a good time, if you can leave them overnight, the better.

When you go to cook them, put the wings with the marinade in the pot and cook them for 3 hours at high temperature.
